Itamar Katz, a partner at Shekel & Co. Law Offices, joined the firm in 2003. Itamar specializes in commercial law, company law, commercial litigation and intellectual property. Itamar accompanies start up companies in all stages ,and advises them in respect of the incorporation and establishment of such companies as well as in investment and M&A transactions.
In addition, Itamar specializes in international import/export agreements, including military industry agreements, international franchising agreements as well as agreements in the music and entertainment industry.
